Workshop curricula

MoDA periodically offers masterclass tutorial workshops led by expert members across a range of disciplines. The workshops are held in various locations with the support of conference firms and facilities members make available. There is a fee for attendees. Members are notified about upcoming workshop events. The tutorials are divided into modular 90 minute sessions covering a specific topic and limited to 8 to 10 attendees per session. The sessions are interactive and designed to foster dialog between attendees, avoiding a ‘death-by-powepoint’ experience.

Session instructors introduce concepts, present methodologies and tools for less than half the session, which in addition to the small group size allows each participant’s specific concerns to be addressed in detail. Session instructors are MoDA members and innovation leaders, subject matter experts and master practitioners that usually only share their knowledge and experience in the context of a consulting engagement or employer.
